Pasta with a Latin flair is what you get with this Mexican spaghetti recipe. You need just the basic spaghetti ingredients flavored with taco seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 8 oz tomato sauce, (1 can)
  • 1 taco seasoning
  • 7 oz spaghetti, (1 package)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the water, tomato sauce and taco seasoning; bring to a boil.
  2. Break spaghetti into thirds; stir into sauce. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until spaghetti is tender and sauce is desired consistency.

  3. Sprinkle with cheese, serve, and enjoy!
