Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 fennel bulbs, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fennel and garlic, and sauté until the fennel is tender and lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
