How To Make Crispy Pretzel Chicken with Honey-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups of pretzels, crushed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs. In another shallow bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the pretzel mixture, pressing it down to adhere.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

In a small bowl, mix together honey and Dijon mustard to make the honey-mustard sauce.
