How To Make Chicken Stuffed Buns

  • 6 large sourdough buns
  • 2 cup boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pepperjack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and pressed, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice the top off of each bun, saving the tops.
  3. Hollow out each bun, leaving a shell.
  4. In a medium bowl combine chicken, cream cheese, pepperjack, Parmesan, garlic, and spinach.

  5. Spoon mixture into each bun, packing it tightly; cap with bun tops.
  6. Wrap each bun tightly in foil.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
