  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, egg, almond flour, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Roll mixture into 16 meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165°F.
