How To Make Watermelon Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced watermelon
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds and veins removed, finely diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, red onion, bell peppers, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, and cilantro.

Gently toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
