  • 4 large potatoes, washed and chopped into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking tray and place in the preheated oven.

  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
