- 4 large potatoes, washed and chopped into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking tray and place in the preheated oven.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
