  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  3. Arrange the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.

  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
