Instructions

  2. Toss the romanesco florets with olive oil, anchovies, capers, and currants in a large bowl.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the romanesco is tender and lightly browned.
