How To Make Orange Crème Caramel Cheesecakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of four individual ramekins, creating a crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Add in the orange juice and orange zest, mixing until well incorporated.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined.

Pour the cheesecake batter evenly over the crust in each ramekin.

Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill it halfway with hot water.

Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cheesecakes are set but slightly jiggly in the center.

Remove the ramekins from the water bath and let them cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecakes for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow them to fully set.

To serve, drizzle each cheesecake with caramel sauce and garnish with additional orange zest if desired.
