How To Make Holiday Pizzas

Who says vegetarians don’t get to enjoy savory meals? A taste of these authentic vegetarian recipes will make you change your mind. So, you just might want to go vegetarian after your first bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

  3. Transfer the dough onto a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.

  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  6. Arrange the diced ham and shredded turkey on top of the cheese.

  7. Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly.

  8. Tear the fresh basil leaves and scatter them over the pizza.

  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
