How To Make Barbecued Fennel with Black Olive Dressing

- 2 fennel bulbs, sliced into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup black olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, toss the fennel wedges with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Place the fennel wedges on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until charred and tender.

In a separate bowl, mix together the black olives, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to make the dressing.
