  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, and salt. Pulse until the mixture forms a coarse paste.

  2. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add some oil. Cook the falafel patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
