Sourdough Croutons Recipe

How To Make Sourdough Croutons

Crunchy Sourdough Croutons to add to any salad or soup.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 15 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of sourdough bread, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Toss the bread in olive oil, salt and black pepper.

  3. Spread the bread on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  5. Remove from oven and let cool.

  6. Serve in salads or soups.
