How To Make Sourdough Croutons
Crunchy Sourdough Croutons to add to any salad or soup.

Ingredients
- 4 cups of sourdough bread, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Toss the bread in olive oil, salt and black pepper.

Spread the bread on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Remove from oven and let cool.

Serve in salads or soups.
