How To Make Pistachio & Cranberry Cookies
Delicious and crunchy cookies made with pistachios and cranberries.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add in the vanilla extract and salt, mixing well.

Gradually add in the flour, mixing until a dough forms.

Shape the dough into small balls and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
