How To Make Low Carb Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks Recipe
Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, enjoy these cheesy bites without the carb overload.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp water
- Marinara sauce or Ranch dressing for serving
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Cut mozzarella cheese into ½ inch sticks.

In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

In another shallow bowl, beat eggs with water.

Dip each cheese stick into egg mixture, then coat with the almond flour mixture.

Place the sticks in the air fryer basket. Make sure they do not touch.

Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
