How To Make Gluten-Free Challah Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.

  2. Whisk eggs and add to the bowl with vegetable oil and warm water. Mix well.

  3. Knead the dough and add raisins (optional).

  4. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

  5. Shape the dough and place in a greased baking sheet.

  6. Brush with egg wash.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
