Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Dr Pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.

  4. Form the mixture into 1 inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix the ketchup, Dr Pepper, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

  6. Pour the BBQ sauce over the meatballs and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
