How To Make Classic Thai Green Chicken Curry
A traditional Thai curry dish with tender chicken in a flavorful green curry sauce, served with rice.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup bamboo shoots
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the green curry paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken slices to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth. Stir in the fish sauce and brown sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the green beans, red bell pepper, and bamboo shoots to the pan. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Stir in the lime juice and remove from heat.

Serve the green chicken curry over cooked rice.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
