How To Make Chickpea Flour Granola Bars
Crunchy and healthy granola bars made with chickpea flour, nuts, and honey.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, oats, mixed nuts, salt, and cinnamon.

In a saucepan, heat honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until fully melted.

Pour the honey mixture into the dry mixture and mix well.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture on it.

Flatten the mixture with a spatula and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool completely.

Cut it into desired shapes and sizes.

Serve or store in an airtight container.
