Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1/2 cup of almonds
  • 1/4 cup of instant coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine dates and almonds until finely chopped.

  2. Add in coffee powder, honey, coconut flakes, and salt, and process until thoroughly combined.

  3. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
