How To Make Cappuccino

Ingredients
- 4 cups of strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Brew 4 cups of strong coffee and set aside.

In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and vanilla extract.

Pour the hot milk into the bowl with the sugar and vanilla, and whisk vigorously until frothy.

Divide the brewed coffee into 4 servings cups.

Pour the frothy milk over the coffee, holding back the foam with a spoon.

Spoon the remaining foam on top of each cup.

Optional: dust the foam with cocoa powder or cinnamon for added flavor.
