How To Make Gooey Toffee Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup toffee sauce
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Grease 4 individual ramekins and divide the batter equally among them.

Spoon a tablespoon of toffee sauce on top of each pudding batter.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the puddings are golden and slightly firm to the touch.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
