  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

  2. In another bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.

  3. Gently fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.

  4. Pour the lemon filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

  6. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves before serving.
