Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups whole wheat flour
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- ½(190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, applesauce, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg.
