  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Divide the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes evenly among the muffin cups.
