- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4 lemon slices, for garnish
