- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

Add in the whole milk and vanilla extract, and whisk until well combined.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Once the ice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
