How To Make Berry Sundae with Chocolate Sauce
Melted bittersweet chocolate and ricotta cheese make the perfect blend in this no-churn berry sundae that’s topped with berries and chocolate sauce.

Ingredients
For Berry Sundae:
- 1lbfresh ricotta cheese
- ¼cupevaporated cane juice crystal,organic
- 2oz85% bittersweet chocolate,organic
- 4cupsmixed fresh berries,such as blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
For Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce:
- 2oz85% bittersweet,organic
Instructions

Remove the ricotta cheese from the refrigerator and allow it to warm up and soften a bit for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in the cane sugar.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and set it aside to cool slightly.

Gently fold together ½ of the melted chocolate with the ricotta cheese. Save the other ½ of the melted chocolate for drizzling on top of the sundae.

Serve the ricotta mixture with a wet ice cream scoop and place 2 scoops in a bowl.

Garnish with berries and give the sundae a drizzle of melted chocolate.
Recipe Notes
You can leave it marbleized or work in chocolate until the cheese is a homogenous color.
