Ingredients

  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1 cup rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice and rice cereal.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until melted and smooth.

  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over the puffed rice mixture and stir until well coated.

  4. Using your hands, shape the mixture into doughnut shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to make the glaze.

  6. Drizzle the glaze over the rice pop doughnuts and top with sprinkles, if desired.

  7. Allow the glaze to set for 10 minutes before serving.
