  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond butter, honey, dried cranberries, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.

  3. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish, making sure to spread it evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares or rectangles.
