How To Make White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips and chocolate chunks.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
