How To Make Rosemary Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the flour, rosemary, and salt to the bowl and mix until well combined.

Shape the dough into a disk and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out the chilled dough to about 1/4 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.

Use a cookie cutter to cut out desired shapes and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
