
How To Make Peanut Butter Blondies
These peanut butter blondies take less than an hour to make and have a brown sugar blondie base flavored with some chewy peanut butter.

Ingredients
- ½cuppeanut butter
- ⅓cupunsalted butter,softened
- ⅔cupsugar
- ½cupbrown sugar
- 2largeeggs
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1cupflour
- 1tspbaking powder
- ¼tspsalt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray an 8×8-inch pan with baking spray.

In a stand mixer, mix together peanut butter, butter, and sugar on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes, until fluffy.

Add in the brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy.

Lower speed to low, then add in flour, baking powder and salt until just combined.

Spread mixture evenly into baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
