- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated erythritol
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
