Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

Add in melted coconut oil, egg, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
