How To Make Prosecco Truffles

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100ml Prosecco
- 100ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- Cocoa powder, for rolling

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl.

In a small saucepan, heat the Prosecco and heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

Pour the hot mixture over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a minute to melt.

Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Add the softened butter and stir until fully incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
