How To Make Caramel Torte Recipe
A heavenly dessert of delicious layers of caramel and chocolate.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch cake pan.

In a large bowl, cream the sugar and butter.

Add the eggs one at a time and beat well.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture and beat well.

Stir in the milk and chopped walnuts.

Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Swirl in half of the caramel sauce.

Pour in the remaining batter and swirl in the remaining caramel sauce.

Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool and serve with whipped cream.
