Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cut in pieces
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a food processor, pulse together flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt.

  3. Add cold butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal.

  4. Press dough onto the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan.

  5. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  6. Add 1/4 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, then continue beating until fully combined.

  7. Pour the filling into the crust.

  8. Top with fresh blueberries.

  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and set.

  10. Cool before serving.
