How To Make Blueberry Torte Recipe
A delicious dessert made with a buttery crust, creamy filling, and fresh blueberries on top.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cut in pieces
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a food processor, pulse together flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt.

Add cold butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Press dough onto the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan.

Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add 1/4 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, then continue beating until fully combined.

Pour the filling into the crust.

Top with fresh blueberries.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and set.
