Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh apricots, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add in the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Arrange the apricot slices and raspberries on top of the batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
