Ingredients

  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of light corn syrup
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup of quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the peanut butter, corn syrup, and granulated sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal and quick-cooking oats until well coated.

  3. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter mixture in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  6. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until the bars are set.

  7. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
