How To Make Mexican Chocolate Chili

In a large pot, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onion, minced garlic, diced red bell pepper, and chopped jalapeno pepper to the pot. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, and cinnamon. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring the chili to a simmer and let it cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
