How To Make Copycat Subway Italian Herb and Cheese Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and yeast.

Add warm water to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.

Grease a large bowl with cooking spray and transfer the dough to the bowl.

Cover the bowl with a damp towel and let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
