How To Make Homemade Mounds Bars
Delightfully sweet and coconutty candy bar with a homemade touch
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and spread coconut mixture evenly in the dish. Press down firmly.

Place the dish in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.

Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.

Remove the coconut mixture from the refrigerator and cut into small bars.

Using a fork, dip the bars into melted chocolate and place them on waxed paper until hardened.

Once the chocolate has hardened, serve and enjoy!
