How To Make Yuca French Fries

- 2 large yuca roots
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel the yuca roots and cut them into thin fries.

Place the fries in a large bowl and toss with vegetable oil and salt.

Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
