How To Make Yuca French Fries

Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

  • 2 large yuca roots
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Peel the yuca roots and cut them into thin fries.

  3. Place the fries in a large bowl and toss with vegetable oil and salt.

  4. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
