  • 4 Magnum Classic Ice Cream Bars
  • 1/4 cup of espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the espresso or brewed coffee until it starts to simmer.

  2. Add the chocolate chips and whisk constantly until melted and smooth.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the heavy cream.

  4. Allow to cool to room temperature.

  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into a shallow dish.

  6. Dip each ice cream bar in the chocolate mixture, making sure to fully coat and allow excess to drip off.

  7. Place on a lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 5 minutes.

  8. Serve topped with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.
