  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. canned pimentos, drained
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper.

  2. Mix until well combined, then add cheddar cheese.

  3. Stir until cheese is evenly incorporated.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
