How To Make In-N-Out Burger Recipe

The legendary In-N-Out burger with juicy beef, special sauce, and fresh veggies, served with crispy fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 tbsp In-N-Out special sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced for fries
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper.

  3. Divide the mixture into 4 patties and grill or fry on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.

  4. Place the cheese slices on each patty to melt.

  5. Toast buns in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Assemble the burgers: spread special sauce on each bun, add the patty with cheese, onion, lettuce, and tomato.

  7. For the fries, heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until crispy and golden brown.

  8. Serve the In-N-Out burger with fries on the side.
