How To Make Hole Mole’s Molcajete Recipe
A flavorful and spicy mix of grilled meats and vegetables served in a traditional volcanic stone molcajete.

Ingredients
- 1 lb skirt steak, sliced into thin strips
- 1 lb chicken, sliced into thin strips
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Hole Mole’s Molcajete sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh cilantro and lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat grill to high heat.

Season the steak, chicken, and shrimp with salt and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.

In a large bowl, mix together the sliced bell peppers, onion, jalapeno peppers, garlic, olive oil, and Molcajete sauce.

Heat up a Molcajete on the grill or in the oven until hot. Carefully add the grilled meats and vegetables to the Molcajete and stir to combine.

Serve hot with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
