How To Make Farmers Market Restaurant’s Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Stir in the shredded zucchini.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
